When Rich originally joined the programme he initially focused on writing, and then with a new dose of possibility coursing through his veins he took a leap into directing with his outstanding short film Good Dog. He now aims to inspire others to pursue their creative dreams despite fears of mistakes and judgment, sharing his honest journey of challenges and triumphs.
