The week has been full of discomfort but this has enabled me to confront head on the reasons why I haven’t been moving forward with my creative endeavour. I realise I have been being led by my thoughts about other people’s judgement, past negative experiences and as a result I have seen the world through a fearful frame. By identifying the unconscious intentions which have been leading me, I am now able to make conscious decisions and have the framework to remind me of this when I get stuck. Doing the work in a group setting has been very beneficial, I have learnt from other people sharing personal experiences and that gave me confidence to share myself to the group too, something I never do in a “work” setting. Doing this feels like something has clicked into place and now I feel clearer to move with intention towards my goals, and can confidently say I will achieve this by January 2025.
