Sofia, once a freelance chef, transformed her passion into a mission to inspire others through plant-based cooking. Beginning with pasta classes at Eatery during the Make Happen programme, she is now Head of the Jävligt Gott Academy in Stockholm. Sofia teaches everyday people to embrace cooking as a creative, communal act. She believes that familiar, accessible plant-based food can drive healthier choices and sustainability, using food as a tool to connect, nourish, and inspire real change.
