Here's a practical way to begin actively shaping your future:

  1. Define Your Default: Write down what your future will look like if you change nothing in your current routine or habits.

  2. Visualise an Alternative: Clearly articulate the future you desire instead—be vivid, specific, and inspiring.

  3. Identify New Habits: List 2-3 actionable habits or behaviours you can adopt immediately to shift toward this desired future.

  4. Commit to Action: Choose one habit and commit to practicing it daily for at least one week. Notice the immediate changes and insights.

  5. Review and Adjust: After a week, reflect on the outcomes, adjust as necessary, and select the next habit to implement.
