Sarah
A working-class female artist in a high-fashion magazine
Sarah makes work about feminism, architecture, the male gaze, art history and what it means to be a woman, and was featured in ODDA magazine.

Congratulations to @Sarah Hardacre who is featured in the brand new issue of ODDA“The Way We Are” Magazine - No. 29 (Fall/Winter 2025/26)!
The piece dives into her practice - feminism, architecture, the male gaze, culture, art history, and what it means to make work about being a woman. She said it was a bit mind-blowing to see herself in the glossy pages of a high-fashion magazine, makeup-free and totally herself, and I absolutely love that!
It’s brilliant to see ODDA spotlighting a Northern, working-class, female artist - something we don’t get to see nearly enough!
